Located on the 13-acre wooded hillside above the Inn, the recently constructed Cottages at the Blue Boar offer 1000 square feet of luxury accommodations just far enough away from the activity of overnight guests and yet close enough to walk to the Lake, trout pond, and Blue Boar Dining Room.
The Cottages feature two bedrooms, two full baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, telephone, central heating/AC, covered front porch, barbeque grill, backyard hot tub, and washer and dryer for your overall comfort and pleasure. Although surrounded by the Nantahala Forest and off the beaten path, the cottages are beautifully luxurious, understated and tranquil. Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, fireplaces and rocking chairs on the porches add to their charm.
The Blue Boar Cottages are available to rent throughout the entire year. Each of nature’s seasons offers picturesque vistas of the surrounding Snowbird Mountains. Bed linens and towels are provided. All you need to bring are your personal items.
Accommodations: 2 bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. Two baths. Occupancy up to four people. Cottages are self-catering.
SCHEDULE OF RATES:
Daily Rate from $250.00 to $325.00 per night with two night minimum stay. An additional $60 will be charged for cleaning fee.

- Check in from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm, check out by 10:30 am.
- Above rates do not include 6.75% State Tax and 3% Graham County occupancy Tax.
- Breakfast is not included in cottage accommodations nor is daily housekeeping services.
- Renters are welcome to frequent the Inn's dining room for breakfast or dinner with reservations and at an additional cost.
- Renters are welcome to use the Inn's canoes, kayaks, and fishing poles.
- Dock space is available for private watercraft at no additional charge.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The Inn and Cottages enforce a non-smoking policy, outside only.
- Well supervised Children of all ages welcome.
