Nightly Rates $155.00 to $175.00 per night for one or two persons.

CHECK AVAILABILITY ON-LINE, for specific date rates,and CLICK HERE FOR LAST MINUTE SPECIALS. Each additional person in same room $15.00. Rates include full gourmet breakfast and use of the Inn's kayaks, canoes, and fishing poles.

• Two night reservations may be requested for some weekends and peak foliage season.
  
• All reservations must be secured by a deposit equal to the room rate for one night. Room deposits are fully refundable up to ten days before arrival. For cancellation with less notice, deposits will be refunded if the room can be re-booked.
  
• Check in from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm, check out by 10:30 am.
• Above rates do not include 6.75% State Tax and 3% Graham County occupancy Tax.
  
• Guests are welcome to use the Inn's canoes, kayaks, and fishing poles.
• Dock space is available for private watercraft at no additional charge.
  
• Pets are not permitted.
  
• The Inn and Cottage enforce a non-smoking policy, outside only.
  
• Well supervised children of all ages welcome.
  
• The Inn is wheelchair accessible.
